1. Who we are
albanianhire.com is run by Stackstone LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which offers the AlbanianHire service. AlbanianHire is a service of Stackstone LLC. Contact: hello@albanianhire.com.
2. This site is information, not a contract
The site describes our service. Prices are "from" rates and estimates, not offers. Start timing on this site is a typical pace: most roles can start within a few weeks of the intro call. It is not a guaranteed number of days, and there is no free first week. If it's not the right fit in the first 30 days, we'll find a replacement at no extra cost only as a signed MSA describes. Conditions apply. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and an Order Form. If anything on this site differs from a signed MSA or Order Form, the signed documents control.
3. Who can use it
The site is for businesses and for developers applying to work with us. If you submit a request for a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
4. Requests and client sign-in
Please give accurate information. Don't send us secrets, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through the forms. Keep sign-in links private; they work like a password.
5. Developer applications
Applying doesn't promise work, pay or an introduction. We assess every applicant on skills, experience and English, without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability or other protected traits. We judge applications on skills, experience and English, and nothing else. We don't discriminate based on race, colour, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, or any other protected trait. Our clients must follow the same rule. See our Privacy Notice.
6. Shortlists and candidate information
Shortlists, profiles and scorecards we share are confidential. Use them only to decide whether to engage that developer through AlbanianHire. Hiring or engaging a developer or candidate we introduced, other than through AlbanianHire, is covered by the non-solicitation and fee terms of the MSA, and those apply once it's signed.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site, attack its security, upload malware, or pretend to be someone else.
8. Our content
The site's text, design and logo belong to Stackstone LLC. Third-party facts are cited with their sources.
9. Estimates and third-party data
Cost comparisons use public data (such as the US Bureau of Labor Statistics) and stated assumptions. They're estimates, not a promise of savings.
10. No warranty for the website
The website is provided "as is". Service warranties, guarantees and remedies are only those in a signed MSA.
11. Limitation of liability (website only)
To the extent the law allows, Stackstone LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, and its total liability for website use is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or changes a signed MSA.
12. Law and courts
These website terms are governed by Florida law. The state and federal courts in Lake County, Florida have jurisdiction. Developers living in Kosovo or Albania keep any rights their local law gives them that can't be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above.

If we publish a translation, the English version controls.
