How pricing works.
Seats are billed monthly, with no placement fee. The engagement is month to month. Each seat is quoted for the role, based on the stack, seniority, and hours.
Billed monthly
Each seat is invoiced once a month, in USD, from Stackstone LLC.
No placement fee
Starting a seat does not add a placement fee.
Month to month
The engagement continues month to month. The signed agreement sets how it ends.
Quoted per role
The quote is for that role. It depends on the stack, the seniority, and the hours.
The rate
Why it costs less
The lower figure is where the engineer lives, and what a US salary has to carry. The standard does not move.

Cost of living
Pristina and Tirana have a far lower cost of living than US cities, so top local pay still costs less than a US salary.

What is not in the rate
No US benefits load, payroll tax, or recruiter fee. The developer is a contractor under US contracts with Stackstone LLC.

The quality bar does not change: the same vetting and scored English.
