There is no free first week. Timing depends on the role, the intro, and when both sides sign.

We aim to present replacement candidates within 7 business days; this is a target, not a deadline. You interview and choose the replacement. You don't pay for the gap: fees pause until the replacement starts.

If you haven't accepted a replacement within 15 business days, you can end the engagement without notice-period fees, and we refund any prepaid, unused fees.

One replacement at no extra cost per engagement. The guarantee doesn't apply if the issue comes from missing access on your side, a change in role or scope not agreed in a new Order Form, or a breach of the agreement. Conditions apply. The signed MSA controls.
