1. Who we are
AlbanianHire is a service of Stackstone LLC, a Florida limited liability company, USA. We're the "controller" of the personal data described here. Privacy requests: hello@albanianhire.com.
2. Who this notice covers
(a) people who contact us or request developers for their company ("client contacts");
(b) developers who apply to work with us ("applicants");
(c) business contacts we reach out to ("prospects"); and
(d) website visitors.
3. What we collect and why

We don't want sensitive data (health, religion, political views, ID numbers, bank details). Please leave it out of your CV, and we'll delete it if received. We don't sell personal data and don't use advertising pixels.
If you submit the request form, the site stores the fields you entered: contact name, work email, company, website if you gave one, company type, role, seniority, stack, other stack if you named one, budget, engagement, number of developers, desired start date, hours of overlap with the team (and a short description when the choice is Other), white-label answer, description of the work, a campaign ref if the link included one, and a requested profile id if an older link included one. It also stores whether the request is for a founding seat or an agency overflow seat, a reference id, and the time of the submission.
If you submit the hiring scorecard form at /hiring-scorecard, the site stores your work email, company, and the time of the submission. We use that record to know who requested the scorecard. The form does not send you an email. To ask for a copy or deletion, email hello@albanianhire.com.
Anonymous skills list
Developers can send an anonymous skills list at /skills. We collect the roles they can do, an optional main role, stacks, years of commercial experience, a self-rated English level, full-time or part-time, how soon they can start, whether they can work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time (US), which is 14:00–22:00 Kosovo/Albania time, an optional city or country, and an optional private nickname. An optional referral code may be collected so we know who referred the developer, and is only seen by us. We do not ask for a name, a photo, a CV, or a contact address. The list is private and is not published. We use it only to match developers to client needs. To ask for a copy or deletion, email hello@albanianhire.com.
4. Who we share it with
Only these service providers, who process data for us under contract:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, Web Analytics, Speed Insights.
- Resend (USA): sending form notifications and client sign-in emails.
Applicant profiles go to a specific client company only with your OK. We may also share data if the law requires it, or with professional advisers under confidentiality.
5. International transfers
We're based in the USA, so your data is stored and used in the USA. When data comes from the EU, UK, Kosovo or Albania, we rely on our providers' EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where available, or on standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Applicants: up to 12 months after your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you're working with us (then for the contract plus the time the law requires).
- Client contacts and accounts: for the relationship plus up to 3 years, and longer for invoices and contracts when tax or accounting law requires (generally 7 years).
- Prospects: up to 24 months after last contact. If you object, we keep only a "do not contact" note so we don't contact you again.
- Analytics: aggregated.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict its use, or to object to our use based on legitimate interest, including any direct marketing, which we'll always stop. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Privacy requests: hello@albanianhire.com. We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your data-protection authority:
- Kosovo: Information and Privacy Agency (AIP)
- Albania: Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP)
- EU: your local supervisory authority
- UK: the ICO
8. Our emails to businesses
Our outreach emails always say who we are, give our postal address, and include an easy way to opt out. We honour opt-outs promptly and keep a do-not-contact list. UK sole traders and individuals: we email only with consent.
9. Security
Access is limited to people who need it, with two-factor authentication. CVs are kept in a private folder and never published.
10. Children
Our service is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect children's data.
11. Changes
We'll update the date above, and tell applicants and clients about important changes.
12. Language
This notice is in English and Albanian. If they differ, the English version controls.

AlbanianHire është shërbim i Stackstone LLC, shoqëri me përgjegjësi të kufizuar e Floridës, SHBA. Ne jemi "kontrolluesi" i të dhënave personale të përshkruara këtu. Privacy requests: hello@albanianhire.com.
2. Kë mbulon ky njoftim
(a) personat që na kontaktojnë ose kërkojnë zhvillues për kompaninë e tyre ("kontaktet e klientëve");

3. Çfarë mbledhim dhe pse
- Kontaktet e klientëve: emri, email-i i punës, kompania, nevojat për rolin, koha e kërkesës, lloji i shfletuesit; email-i i hyrjes për llogarinë. Pse: për t'iu përgjigjur kërkesës, për të përgatitur listën e kandidatëve dhe për të menaxhuar marrëveshjen. Baza ligjore: hapat para kontratës / kontrata; interesi i ligjshëm.
- Aplikantët: emri, email-i, shteti, qyteti, lidhjet LinkedIn/GitHub/portofol, roli, përvoja, teknologjitë, vetëvlerësimi i anglishtes, afati i njoftimit, disponueshmëria, paga e pritur (opsionale), video (opsionale), CV; më vonë, rezultatet e bisedës në anglisht, testit, intervistës, detyrës me pagesë dhe referencave. Pse: për t'ju vlerësuar dhe, vetëm me miratimin tuaj çdo herë, për t'ju prezantuar te një kompani e caktuar që po punëson. Baza ligjore: hapat me kërkesën tuaj para një kontrate të mundshme; interesi i ligjshëm për vlerësimin e aplikantëve.
- Klientët e mundshëm: emri, pozita, kompania, email-i i punës, informacioni publik i kompanisë. Pse: për t'u ofruar shërbimin bizneseve. Baza ligjore: interesi i ligjshëm. Mund të kundërshtoni kurdo dhe ne ndalojmë.
- Vizitorët: faqet e shikuara, lloji i pajisjes, të dhëna të performancës. Pse: për ta mbajtur faqen funksionale. Baza ligjore: interesi i ligjshëm. Analitika nuk përdor cookies.
Nuk duam të dhëna të ndjeshme (shëndet, fe, pikëpamje politike, numra dokumentesh, të dhëna bankare). Mos i vendosni në CV; nëse i marrim, i fshijmë. Nuk i shesim të dhënat personale dhe nuk përdorim piksela reklamash.
Nëse dërgoni formularin te /hiring-scorecard, faqja ruan email-in e punës, kompaninë dhe kohën e dërgimit. E përdorim vetëm për të ditur kush e kërkoi kartelën e vlerësimit. Ky formular nuk dërgon email. Për kopje ose fshirje, shkruani te hello@albanianhire.com.
Lista anonime e aftësive (/skills): mbledhim rolet, teknologjitë, vitet e përvojës, nivelin e anglishtes sipas vetëvlerësimit, kohën e plotë ose të pjesshme, sa shpejt mund të fillojnë, nëse mund të punojnë 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time (SHBA), që është 14:00–22:00 ora e Kosovës dhe e Shqipërisë, qytetin ose shtetin nëse e japin, dhe një pseudonim privat nëse e japin. Mund të mblidhet edhe një kod referimi opsional, që të dimë kush e ka referuar zhvilluesin, dhe e sheh vetëm ne. Nuk kërkojmë emër, foto, CV ose adresë kontakti. Lista është private dhe nuk publikohet. E përdorim vetëm për t'i përputhur zhvilluesit me nevojat e klientëve. Për kopje ose fshirje, shkruani te hello@albanianhire.com.
4. Me kë i ndajmë
Vetëm me këta ofrues shërbimesh, me kontratë:
- Vercel Inc. (SHBA): hostimi dhe analitika.
- Resend (SHBA): email-et.
Profili i aplikantit shkon te një kompani klient vetëm me miratimin tuaj. Mund t'i ndajmë edhe kur e kërkon ligji.
5. Transferimet ndërkombëtare
Jemi në SHBA, prandaj të dhënat ruhen dhe përdoren në SHBA. Për të dhënat nga BE, MB, Kosova ose Shqipëria, mbështetemi në certifikimin e ofruesve sipas Kornizës së Privatësisë së të Dhënave BE-SHBA kur ekziston, ose në klauzolat standarde kontraktuale. Mund të kërkoni një kopje të masave mbrojtëse.
6. Sa kohë i mbajmë
- Aplikantët: deri në 12 muaj pas kontaktit të fundit, pastaj fshihen, përveç nëse punoni me ne.
- Klientët: gjatë marrëdhënies plus deri në 3 vjet, dhe më gjatë për faturat dhe kontratat kur e kërkon ligji (zakonisht 7 vjet).
- Klientët e mundshëm: deri në 24 muaj; nëse kundërshtoni, mbajmë vetëm shënimin "mos kontakto".
7. Të drejtat tuaja
Mund të kërkoni qasje, korrigjim, fshirje ose kopje të të dhënave tuaja, kufizim të përdorimit, ose të kundërshtoni përdorimin e bazuar në interesin e ligjshëm, përfshirë marketingun e drejtpërdrejtë, të cilin e ndalojmë gjithmonë. Pëlqimin mund ta tërhiqni kurdo. Privacy requests: hello@albanianhire.com. Përgjigjemi brenda një muaji. Mund të ankoheni edhe te autoriteti:

8. Email-et tona për bizneset
Gjithmonë tregojnë kush jemi, adresën postare dhe një mënyrë të lehtë për t'u çregjistruar. E respektojmë menjëherë çregjistrimin.
9. Siguria
Qasje kanë vetëm personat që kanë nevojë, me verifikim me dy hapa. CV-të ruhen në dosje private dhe nuk publikohen kurrë.
10. Fëmijët
Shërbimi është për të rritur (18+).
11. Ndryshimet
Do ta përditësojmë datën dhe do t'i njoftojmë aplikantët dhe klientët për ndryshime të rëndësishme.
12. Gjuha
Nëse versionet ndryshojnë, mbizotëron versioni në anglisht.
